Yesterday as I was sitting in my kitchen waiting for the plumber to arrive, I was on the phone with my stager discussing flooring options to present to one of my sellers. When we hung up, I looked around my kitchen and glanced at the stack of paint samples and backsplash options stacked in a corner. I collected those samples about 8 months ago when I first wanted to tackle a kitchen remodel.
Suddenly I thought "Gosh, real estate agents are kind of like contractors!"
We do all these wonderful things to get our clients' homes ready and just like contractors, we put our own projects on the back burner.
