💥 Not your typical Real Estate Market Update 💥
There are a very low ⬇️ number of homes for sale in San Diego! When I looked this morning, we were sitting at just over 2,000 homes for the entire county! Compare this to February 2020 when we had over 5,300 homes for sale!
So why are the numbers so low? 🤔
Between 2020 and 2022, so many people either bought a home or they refinanced and now have such an incredible interest rate that they don’t want to sell and give it up to pay today’s current rates.
