The housing market is CRASHING‼️… Have you been heard that lately? I’m here to tell you that here in San Diego, there is nothing to worry about. While it’s true that there is a bit of a correction happening in other cities throughout the country, here in San Diego, our housing market is thriving.
With the surge in life sciences, biotech and tech industry in our city, there are job opportunities unlike anything San Diego has seen before. These available jobs and large corporate campuses bring more people to our area- and they all need somewhere to live! We can expect some stabilization in terms of pricing, but then we’re expecting to see growth as much as 10% by the end of the year.
